As Troup / PB / New Unit

Form a Real Team. Build a Real Body. Become a Real Part of the Ecosystem.

In the BusyAge & Ourown Ecosystem model, we don't just onboard individuals, we onboard units. If you're already working with a small team, leading a group of peers, mentoring juniors, or collaborating on projects with 2–5 people, you can register your group as a Troup, a Recognized Pod of Contributors.

Unlike traditional freelance collectives or startup incubators that demand high investment or registration formalities upfront, our model is designed for fluid formation and step-by-step maturity, guided, documented, and backed by the ecosystem.

What You Need

  • Core Team (2–5 members) with readiness to align to roles
  • Interest Area or Proposed Domain (e.g., Cybersecurity, Design, Research, Outreach, Automation, etc.)
  • Minimum Commitment Plan (hours/week per person)
  • Coordinator or Anchor (to act as single point of contact)
  • Willingness to operate as a ‘delivery unit’ under BusyAge or Panda Outsourcing

How We Support You

  • No mandatory fees
  • Training & Orientation Provided
  • Systems, processes & SOPs for delivery
  • Role structure & access to AOB model
  • Dashboard & Project Management Tools (basic to advanced)
  • Recognition, visibility & structured exit option for members

How You Grow

  • Troup → (Alignment & Execution) → Prime Body (PB)
  • PB → Eligible for Equity-Based Ecosystem Entry
  • PB → Can evolve into AOB (if institutional/industry/capital aligned)
  • PB → Listed in internal ecosystem database for direct assignments
