Individual Contributors (Interns, Freelancers, Volunteers)

  • Point: Troups, Panda Outsourcing, Campus Programs, Outreach Campaigns
  • Responsibilities:
    • Execute deliverables within defined pods or troups
    • Participate in learning modules, training, and real-time projects
    • Showcase competency to grow into troup members, coordinators, or PB associates
  • Growth Path: Contributor → Pod Member → Troup Member → PB Onboardee → Certified AOP (via OEO)

Troup Members & Leaders

  • Entry Point: Self-formed or system-assigned troups under a specific vertical or project
  • Responsibilities:
    • Run short-term service executions
    • Work with mentors and clients directly
    • Maintain project transparency, reporting, and team engagement
  • Growth Path: Troup → PB → PC or AOB alignment → Structured Equity Units

Principal Companies (PCs)

  • Entry Point: Incubated by OESIL with up to 49% equity from the ecosystem
  • Responsibilities:
    • Operate as strategic vertical owners (e.g., SaaS Dev, Infra, R&D, Digital Services)
    • Host internal PBs, outsource to AOPs, and integrate ecosystem services
    • Anchor value delivery for sectoral clients, government contracts, or corporate alliances

Associate Operating Bodies (AOBs)

  • Entry Point: Formed through corporate partnerships, institutional alignments, or industry mentors
  • Responsibilities:
    • Act as a semi-independent delivery, incubation, or integration unit
    • Host multiple PBs and certified AOPs under its supervision
    • Adhere to Ourown ecosystem frameworks for consulting, SaaS, or mentoring services
  • Incentives:
    • Equity incentives, sectoral leadership opportunities, and strategic representation in ecosystem councils

Prime Bodies (PBs)

  • Entry Point: Formed from successful Troups and Pods
  • Responsibilities:
    • Deliver full-fledged services as a semi-autonomous unit
    • Recruit interns, manage execution cycles, ensure quality control
    • Maintain revenue alignment, ecosystem compliance, and reporting
  • Growth Path: PB → AOB (if corporate/industry association emerges), or evolve into PC or AOC via strategic integration

Institutional Partners

  • Entry Point: Joined through TRIIC, Incubation Cells, or AOB MoUs
  • Responsibilities:
    • Offer students, researchers, or facilities for project co-execution
    • Align academic training with practical troup-based delivery
    • Form internal Troups and nominate mentors or campus coordinators
  • Incentives:
    • National visibility, real-time project participation, and structured partnership with ecosystem programs

Mentors, Consultants & Advisors

  • Entry Point: OEO empanelment, ecosystem collaboration, personal network of key leaders
  • Responsibilities:
    • Guide troup formations, review project cycles, assess PB performance
    • Offer industry/domain inputs during onboarding or incubation cycles
    • Act as external auditors, advisory board members, or onboarding specialists
  • Growth Path:
    • Earn honorariums, become program partners, or move into strategic positions (CXO, CVC)

AOPs & OEO-Certified Professionals

  • Entry Point: OEO (Ourown Executive/Entrepreneur/Entity Development Organization) certification, ecosystem onboarding
  • Responsibilities:
    • Deliver professional services under structured formats
    • Collaborate with Troups, PBs, or AOBs to execute strategic projects
    • Maintain professional standards, documentation, and ethics guidelines
  • Growth Path:
    • Associate Director → Independent Consultant → CVC (Core Vital Contributor)

Investors, CSR Donors, Grant Institutions

  • Entry Point: Invited via OESIL, BCS, or special project rounds
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support selected AOBs, PBs, or project-led initiatives
    • Participate in governance, compliance review, or impact assessment
  • Incentives:
    • Direct visibility, co-ownership, impact branding, and long-term stakeholder role

Ecosystem Leaders (e.g., BCS, OESIL, BusyAge)

  • Entry Point: Founding members and strategic promoters
  • Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the structural integrity of the entire system

    • Approve new AOBs, PBs, or PCs based on set protocols and milestones
