History & Timeline

  • 2015 - Genesis: The “Ourown” idea was conceived to map long-term entrepreneurial evolution through responsibility-based, layered structuring.
  • 2017-18 - Framework Formation: Strategic ecosystem blueprinting, collaborative experiments, and stakeholder alignment began. Core philosophies of contribution-based equity, troup-based scaling, and sectoral autonomy were tested and validated.
  • FY 2018-19 - Birth of OESIL: Ourown Entrepreneurs Solution India Limited (OESIL) was officially incorporated as the central governance and development body for the ecosystem, tasked with oversight, co-investment, and professionalization.
