Founded formally in 2018-19 with the registration of Ourown Entrepreneurs Solution India Ltd. (OESIL), the ecosystem emerged as a layered framework to:

• Develop and deploy troup-based models for building, training, scaling, and operating execution teams
• Provide backbone services like legal, compliance, digital infra, brand building, and leadership mentoring
• Form Associate Operating Bodies (AOBs) with industries and investors for deep collaborations

Anyone can start at Level 0. Every contribution is mapped, supported, and rewarded.
